Robinson attends Florence for North/South 100

Kent Robinson ventured to Florence Speedway (Union, Ky.) on Thursday afternoon to get the 39th annual North/South 100 weekend with the North/South Shootout. In a field of 46 Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series (LOLMDS) entries, Robinson came in seventh in his heat before placing fourth in his B-Main, missing a transfer spot by one position. 1On Friday night for a pair of heat races, Kent followed up a second-place finish in his first heat with a sixth-place finish in the second round.

With passing points relegating him into the B-Main on Saturday for one final shot at the $50,000-to-win North/South 100, Robinson fell three spots short of a transfer position with a sixth-place outing.
