Robinson passes 16 cars at Florence Speedway

Kent Robinson was one of 38 Late Models on hand at Florence Speedway (Union, Ky.) on Thursday evening for the track’s season opener. After falling shy of a transfer position in his heat, Robinson scored consolation victory. 1On Saturday night at Brownstown Speedway (Brownstown, Ind.) for the Born Free 40, Kent secured his spot into the $5,500-to-win A-Main with a second place finish in his heat behind Shelby Miles. Reeling in a Top-5 finish, Robinson scored a third place spot behind Devin Gilpin and Nick Hoffman with Greg Johnson and David Webb rounding out the Top-5.
